In every gardener there is a child who believes in The Seed Fairy.

 Once your order is loaded into your truck or trailer, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges.  If it's determined we loaded the wrong product, we will take steps to ensure that you receive the correct material. 

 If we arrive at the delivery address and we are unable to dump the product for any reason other than vehicle malfunction, we will return to you the price of the product but you will still be responsible for the delivery fee.   However if you ordered more than one product and are having them mixed in the truck the material cannot be returned or refunded.  Materials that have already been dumped may not be returned and/or refunded. 

 If you have purchased bulk material by the 5 gallon bucket or by the bag, the material cannot be returned or refunded.  

 Pavers and Retaining Wall Block from Newline are special order Items delivered by them.  As such, once they are shipped the product and the delivery fee will not be returned and/ or refunded. 

 All instore items may be returned within 30 days with receipt, as long as item is unopened and undamaged.   

 Any natural stone pallet may be retuned within 30 days with receipt as long as the pallet is unopened and undamaged.  If you require us to pick up the pallet that has been delivered, a fee will be charged equal to that of the delivery fee.  Pallets will be scheduled for pick up at our earliest convenience.

Natural Stone purchased by the pound may not be refunded.

 Plant material may not be returned and/or refunded once it leaves the store.
